Discovering our energy-being through intention, breath and movement
Engage 60 minutes to restore your energy. This is a beginner's class and uses Qigong to help with balance and relaxation while building strength and flexibility. We will focus on different types of breath to better connect ourselves to our bodies and surroundings. The class is low impact and is accessible to most everyone.
