Saturday, April 25th

1:00pm – Introductions, orientation, Playshop overview & expectations
1:30pm – Break
1:45pm – Qigong warmup, Tai Chi Yang-Style 24 Form (slow practice)
3:00pm – Break
3:15pm – Tai Chi-Qigong - Dao Yin principles & practice
4:00pm – Integrated movement towards listening inward
4:45pm – Wrap-up Day 1, plan for Day 2
5:00pm – Close Day 1

Sunday, April 26th

1:00pm – Welcome back, reflections on yesterday's session, plan for today
1:15pm – Meridians and Curious Vessels in practice
2:15pm – Session ends; Break begins
2:30pm – Laying down, seated and standing Dao Yin-Qigong
3:30pm – Q & A, Break
3:45pm – Walking Qigong-Tai Chi
4:15pm – Tai Chi Yang Style 24 Forms (slow practice)
4:45pm – Q & A, Wrap-up
5:00pm – End Playshop

*When you arrive, please use the north entrance. If you are coming from downtown Decatur, it will be the first drive on your left, before the main entrance. If you are coming from Memorial Drive, drive past the main entrance and take the next/last drive on your right.
